Kay kay. This post is about an amazing site I found. It's called PostSecret.com. It's a place where anyone can mail a secret it and they expose it on the internet. They show the strength, or lack of, that people have. It's amazing how people respond to the pictures posted up.
The site is updated every sunday. A while ago, I saw a secret ( I wish I had saved the image). It was a picture of 2 girls making out and the caption on the picture said "I told my parents I'm a lesbian so they will let me hang out with boys without assuming I was having sex" Wow.
Anyways here's a taste of what I found, make sure to check out PostSecret. Maybe even send in a couple of your own dirty secrets!
Today was my first day of summer school... no I didn't fail anything, before you assume so! I just didnkt have any room in my school schedule so meh. Anyways summer school... saw some interesting people and ran around learning chemistry. Talked to some old friends, was informed people were talking behind my back again.... as usual. Fun? I think not.
Me and my friend used to listen to this song..."Bitches get stiches" by Blood on the Dance Floor.... its not generally my style of music but I like the lyrics.... (8) you can talk your shit; you're only making me famous (8)
Anyways. So yes. Summer school, where I saw creepy Michael.... no not my ex-boyfriend, but the creepy Michael.... oh wait, this is a story I have yet to write. Well the day I broke up with Michael, I went online and started talking to Creepy Michael about how sad I was and such. To which he replied that he could be at my house in 30 mins tops....and then he started hitting on me. Great. Thanks creep.
Whatever. so creepy Michael was there, saw me and came to talk to me.
"Hi"
Me: what? oh uhm... hi.
"Long time no see"
Me: uhm ya...
*stands around for a bit...*
"erm... well, see you later"
Me: uh ya nice seeing you
Whatever, creepy Michael doesn't have anything to do with me being wet. Turns out summer in this country sucks. You either die from heat or get poured on. So as I was waiting for an HOUR (thanks TTC, much appreciated) for the bus to come, it rained on me... and rained on me, and rained on me.
Then I called my brother; you know, for some sympathy. Asked him what he was doing and told him how frustrated I was about the bus taking so long and the rain. What to know what he said?
Me: Ugh I've been waiting here for-
"Oh well, nothing I can do! Bye bye!!!"
And then he hung up on me.
Ah family, you know you can always count on them for those rainy days...
Two or three summers ago, me and my then close godsisters heard about a camp. A totally amazing camp that we could go to for only $25 dollars... wow. They had hear about it from a friend who heard about it from another friend, and on and on. Anyways, thing is that we decided to go.
We sign up and get on the bus. Excited little girls going to camp together, young an sweet... We get there and get divided according to age groups. Which ment that I was going to have one of my godsisters in my cabin.
WELL, this is where the story gets interesting. It's the second night of camp and all the girls in the cabin start discussing how they got to the camp.
Within the whispers we heard; "Well my dad raped me and I had to have an abortion so my social worker sent me here..."
"I just never felt like I belonged, so I ran away"
"Got this piercing and then she kicked me out...I had to go to this foster home and that's how I met ...."
Uhm, what? Me and my godsister are baffled. No idea why all these kids have such problems... One of the girls then asks us "What foster home do you come from?"
We reply that we have always lived with out parents and never had to go through that. All out cabin mates looked confused at this point so we just dropped the conversation.
Big mistake.
DAY 3 comes along and we decided to confront one of the leaders at the camp.
"How come everyone here seems to have gone through something horrible?"
Her: "what do you mean?"
"Ya, they were all talking about their foster parents and such."
Her: "ooooooh... okay. Who's your social worker?"
"Uhm, we don't have one? Why? :S"
Her:" Wow, how did you get here then? This is a foster kids camp."
Usually I run out of school in order to get to work on time, which means I don't have time to go home and change or drop off my things.
They see me wearing my uniform every single day.
WELL, on Friday, a couple of the girls decide to come up to me and ask me a question which has obv. been troubling them for a while.
"Why do yo wear the same sweater every day?"
Ahaha. Too bad they didnt understand my uniform explanation and how it's not the same sweater, just looks the same... I'm not the girl from "A walk to remember"
We are back from camp and this is what happened - a bunch of boys half naked they were wearing skirts (for a lip sync we all have to do) - a nasty fall into the mud.... great not embarassing at all -lots of new friends...the madonna girls, newman, and of course, neil mcneil
this camp was the most AMAZING ever. too much fun i love going there (L)
TOMORROW IS CAMP O! TOMORROW IS CAMP O! (so dont expect a post lol)

UPDATE: Camp O was TONS of fun... lots of fun being single and flirty but missind people back home...Plus I took a HUGE flip in front of everyone on the first full day there, ruining my clothes because of course, I landed in a big muddy puddle.... good times?
